We hope you love your purchase from The Northern Padel House. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused and unwashed

  • Be in their original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
